Short version: you buy a product once and own it forever. The file is DRM-free. If you're not happy within 14 days, I'll refund you in full — no questions asked. We don't have subscriptions, we don't have your data, and we can't take the software back from you.

1. What you're buying

When you purchase a product from PayOnceApps, you are purchasing a perpetual, personal-use license to the digital product (a single HTML file) delivered to you at the time of purchase.

Your purchase includes:

A lifetime license to use the product for personal or professional purposes
The right to install and use the product on as many devices as you personally own or control
All future updates to that product, delivered free of charge, for the lifetime of the product

2. What you're not buying

Your purchase does not include:

The right to resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the product with others
The right to modify and redistribute the product commercially
Any ongoing service, cloud storage, or server-side infrastructure (there is none)

3. Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date — no questions asked.

To request a refund, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds are processed promptly and returned to your original payment method.

Our products are DRM-free digital downloads. Every product page includes full feature descriptions, screenshots, and a free interactive demo before you buy — so you can make an informed decision upfront.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally as a download link immediately after payment is processed via Stripe. You will receive the download link by email.

If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder and then contact us. We will resolve it promptly.

5. Updates

When we release an update to a product, existing customers receive it free. We will notify you by email when updates are available, provided you have opted in at the time of purchase.

You are never required to update. The version you purchased will continue to function exactly as it did when you bought it.

6. Pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. The price you pay at the time of purchase is locked in — if a product's price increases after your purchase, you are not charged any difference.

We do not offer discounts or promotional codes unless explicitly advertised. Prices listed on product pages are the prices paid.

7. Privacy

PayOnceApps collects only the information required to process your purchase (handled by Paddle) and deliver your product. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Our products themselves collect no data at all. They run entirely on your device. No usage analytics, no telemetry, no data ever transmitted to us or any third party. See our product architecture (Three Locks) for technical details.

8. Paddle payments

All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. This means Paddle handles tax calculation, collection, and remittance globally — including EU VAT. PayOnceApps does not store your payment card details. Paddle’s terms and privacy policy apply to the payment transaction.

9. Intellectual property

PayOnceApps retains all intellectual property rights in its products. Your purchase grants you a license to use the product; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying code or design.

10. Limitation of liability

PayOnceApps products are provided as-is. We make no warranties beyond what is described on the product page. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant product.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern that purchase. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page.
